Five founders. One table. One seat left. I am in that first chair — I build here every day.

    Where this comes from

Built on the San Francisco hacker house model

The hacker houses of San Francisco work because they strip everything down to one thing: founders building product, in the same room, every day — no manufactured photo-ops, no performative hustle theatre. I am bringing that same culture to Delhi: serious product work, real introductions to the right investors when you are ready, real distribution when you have something worth showing, and a room built to make every founder in it bigger than they would be alone.

    What you walk into

The thing you cannot buy anywhere else is the room

You can rent a desk anywhere in Delhi. You cannot rent four other founders who are as obsessed as you are, sitting close enough to hear you give up.

    01

A room where nobody is coasting

Five founders staying together in one flat, building almost 12 to 15 hours a day, six days a week, with light work on Sunday — you're all in the same flat, sleeping and working together. You will not have to manufacture discipline here. The room sets the pace and you either match it or you feel it immediately.

    02

    Saturday Demo Day

Every Saturday you show the house what you shipped that week. Not a status update. Not a slide. Working software, live, in front of four other founders who will tell you the truth about it.

    03

    Saturday founder dinner

Every Saturday, after Demo Day, all five of us at the same table. Pricing, customers, distribution, what broke this week. No nonsense, no small talk, no networking theatre.

    04

Sales, marketing, product — and the right investors

I sit with you on positioning, pricing, cold outreach, GTM, product decisions and closing — and make real introductions to the right investors once you are ready for them. Not a monthly mentor call. The person across the table from you, on the days it actually matters.

    05

Distribution — because distribution is everything

My team documents the house and your journey, unfiltered, and publishes it on LinkedIn, X, YouTube and Reddit. Influencers visit the house. You get real visibility inside my community, not just a bed to sleep in.

    06

    It's fun, not just intense

Parties whenever there's something worth celebrating. Investor meetups. Founders in this house helping each other close deals, debug code, and get unstuck at 2am. Intensity and camaraderie are not opposites here.

    07

A founder building at the same table

I am building PlumoAI from this house. You watch a funded, US-incorporated startup get built in front of you, in real time, with all of the mess included.

The only rule in the house

    BUILD
    SOMETHING.

Not "be productive." Not "work hard." Not "hustle." Build something, and be able to put it on a screen every Saturday.

    The bar

Most people reading this should not apply

That is not a marketing line. There is one bed and I would rather leave it empty for two months than give it to someone who treats this like accommodation.

12 to 15 hours a day, six days a week, on your own startup
    • You are technical. You build the thing yourself.
    • You are building in AI, seriously, not as a wrapper for a trend.
    • You can work 12 to 15 hours a day, six days a week, and you already do.
    • You are solving a problem that is genuinely worth solving.
    • Your ambition is uncomfortable to say out loud.

If all five are true, you will feel at home here within a week. If two of them are not, this house will be miserable for you.

    Let's be precise

    What this is not

    • Not a hostel
    • Not a coworking space
    • Not an accelerator
    • Not an incubator
    • Not a networking club

    What it is

Five exceptional technical founders living and building together, in one flat, around one table, trying to build something enormous.

That is the entire idea. Everything else in this house exists to protect it.

    The week

Six days of building. One Demo Day. One day to breathe.

Monday through Saturday, the house builds — twelve to fifteen hours a day, the whole table in the same room. Sunday is light: rest, or keep going if you're in it, but nothing is required.

    Saturday Demo Day

Every Saturday, each founder shows what they shipped that week. Live and working, in front of the house. A week of drifting is invisible to the internet and extremely visible here.

    Saturday founder dinner

After Demo Day, all five of us eat at the same table. Customers, pricing, distribution, what broke. Only startup talk. No nonsense, no networking, no small talk.

    The culture, in one comparison

When someone walks in, this is not the conversation

    Never asked here

    • Where are you from?
    • What company did you work for?
    • How much funding did you raise?
    • How many followers do you have?

    Asked every week

    • What are you building?
    • Why are you building it?
    • Who needs it?
    • What did you ship this week?
    • What's stopping you?

    Who you sit next to

You are not renting a bed from a landlord

    Krishna Kumar

    Founder & CEO, PlumoAI

PlumoAI is a US-based, funded startup that began at a $2 million valuation. It is an open-source AI Employee platform, and I am building it from this house, at this table, next to you.

Before this, I founded KDataScience Solutions in 2017 and spent 19+ years in technology, including years at American Express, Quatrro and Aegis Global. I have hired, sold, shipped, raised, and been wrong enough times to be useful about all of it.

What that means for you: I sit with you on sales, marketing, positioning, pricing and going to market. I run Demo Day every Saturday and I am at the table for it. Sometimes the most valuable thing I will say is "no, that's not a good idea, and here's why."

I do not live in the house. I am nearby, and I am at that table most days building my own company — which is the whole point. You get a housemate in the same fight, not a landlord.

    New Delhi

    Five founders. One table.

A 2BHK residence minutes from Dwarka Sector 5. Two bedrooms with four beds, and one hall that exists only to be worked in — where all five of us sit at the same table.

    Kitchen

    Tea and coffee, any hour

Make your own. Every meal comes from outside — nobody cooks here.

    Internet

    High-speed broadband

The one thing that is never allowed to be the bottleneck.

Minutes from Dwarka Sector 5, New Delhi. Metro-connected, quiet, and close enough to the rest of the city to take a meeting without losing a day. The exact address is shared after our conversation.

    How you get in

Think extremely big. Build extremely seriously.

I am looking for founders solving the right problem with a dream far bigger than their current size. A rough prototype worked on every day for eight months beats a perfect deck with nothing running, every single time.

    01

    You apply

One form. Tell me what you are building, who needs it, and how big you actually think this can get. Link something real that I can open — a repo, a demo, a live product.

    02

    I review every application myself

Nobody screens this for me. I am looking for one thing: a founder solving the right problem with a dream far bigger than their current size.

    03

If you are the best fit, I call you

A 20-minute conversation where you showcase what you have built and where it goes. Not a pitch to an investor — a founder showing another founder the real thing.

    04

    The seat is yours

If it is a yes, you move in and the house becomes yours too. If it is a no, you get a straight answer instead of silence.

The bed stays empty before the wrong person fills it

    Questions

Five founders at the table, including me. Four of us are already in and one seat is open — that is the last one. Four founders sleep here across two bedrooms; I do not sleep in the house, I am nearby and I build at that table every day.

    1 seat remaining

    Apply for a seat

Every application is read personally. Show me something real — a repo, a demo, a live product, anything I can open.

    The contribution

    12,000/ month / founder

Fixed. Covers your bed, your chair at the table, internet, electricity, water, and tea and coffee you make yourself. Every meal comes from outside at your own cost.
