What is an Action?
An action is a single unit of work performed by an AI Employee
✓ Free for Human Work
Actions are only counted when AI Employees perform work autonomously. If human employees manually add data or update workspaces themselves, that's completely free. Actions only count when the system is doing something by itself.
Example
If your AI Employee sends 10 emails and updates 5 records, that's 15 actions (15 credits used). But if you manually create tasks, update workspaces, or add documentation yourself, those actions are completely free.
